A simpler, faster and better way to get organized for success
Do you need to clarify your vision and communicate it to others?
Do you need to get clear on business direction?
Do you find it hard to translate ideas and strategies into simple action plans?
Do you hate business planning and think it's too hard or a a waste of time?
Do you need to successfully plan a project or event?
Bottom line
If the answer to any of these questions is "Yes", then I will show you a simpler, faster and better way to get the job done.
Visual Thinkers
If you are the sort of person who thinks in pictures, this method will have special appeal. If you're not visual, this method will make you so.

Getting into the 'meat' of the APT Method
Many thanks to all who gave me feedback on previous chapters. Your comments and suggestion are very helpful.
A theme expressed by quite a few people was that I need to get to the ‘meat’ quicker. Much quicker! Point taken.
So here is what I plan to do:
On the following pages I get into the first slices of ‘meat’. Your feedback on this would be most welcome. Is this what you regard as useful ‘meat’?
As far as the previous chapters, here’s my game-plan:
When I have completed the balance of the book (approximately 5 more chapters), I intend securing the services of a professional editor to edit the complete book.
He or she can be more objective and more ruthless than I could ever hope to be.
Do you need to read all of this book - or just the bits that you really need?
In this short chapter I will outline of the content that I will present in this book.
You can then choose the sections that best meet your interests.
The simplest and most important principle of planning you will ever learn
Grasp this simple concept and you will impress yourself and others with your ability to have Clear Organised Thinking

How to get your ideas on paper in a form that will enable you to process them into a powerful Strategic Business Plan or Project Plan
PURPOSE

2. To demonstrate the value and simplicity of thinking in “objects”
3. To show you a simple technique to upgrade the quality and power of your thinking skills.
Business Planning - the fundamentals of making it simpler
Purpose
In my last article, I demonstrated a visual approach to business planning. I think you would agree that for most this is different approach.
The purpose of this module is to explain why I recommend this method of planning.
I will then introduce the fundamental simplicity that underpins this approach to business and project planning.

How a picture could save you a thousand words
What I present to you in this chapter is:
This is 12 mainly short pages, that are quick to read - with a visual on every page.
Understand this principle and you will avoid a common cause of confusion ― and disappointment
(This draft - may contain typo errors)
If you own a business, it's my job to help you think wisely and act smart.
If you work for someone else, it's also my job to help you with wisdom and smarts.
The prime purpose of planning of any type should be to help you be a better decision maker and action taker.
In this chapter I will show you how to make your first critical decision: "What type of Business Plan do I really need?"
Many get this wrong. And there are consequences . . .
Chapter 3 is just 6 pages (with lots of visuals)
What's in it for you - why read this blog?
Chapter 1 is short (6 pages), it cover three topics:
1 - What's in it for you? I spell out the benefit you can gain if you use this approach to business or project planning.
2 - Skeptism. You may be skeptical that you can prepare a quality business plan in less than a day. I address this issue quickly in Chapter 1.
3 - Target Audience. I don't want to waste your time, so it's important that I quickly define who I am directing my message to. With the use of visuals, I describe the three types of business and project planning solutions I will cover.
Best regards
